Practice Areas

The practice is organized into four areas of focus, framed around how clients engage counsel. They describe areas of professional focus and the kinds of matters on which advice may be provided — not certified specializations.

These areas are designed to work together, because business and legal needs rarely stay within a single category. Corporate & commercial establishes, governs, contracts and finances the company; asset management, restructuring and distressed assets address value in complex or difficult situations; commercial disputes protect the client's position when arrangements are tested; and cross-border business supports matters that reach beyond China.

The result is continuity: the same understanding of a company, its capital, its documents and its rights carries across a financing, a transaction, any distress, and any dispute. Select an area to learn more.
